At Baboon, we're reimagining how people interact with food delivery platforms. Our goal is to go beyond the basic chatbot—into an intelligent, personalized assistant that knows what you want before you do. Your challenge is to design a hybrid AI-human assistant that not only handles customer support but also offers smart recommendations tailored to the user.

Some ideas to help you get started, but don't limit yourself to these:

What You’ll Build
A) Customer Chat Client - A user-facing chat interface (web or app). AI answers customer questions: delivery status, payment issues, menu inquiries, etc. When the AI is uncertain, it escalates to a human operator. Optionally, organize the chat into clear sections/tabs like Support and More Info.
B) Operator Dashboard - Interface for customer service agents to monitor and manage AI-human handoffs. Access to conversation history, order details, and tools to respond efficiently.

Learns from past orders or collects preferences during onboarding (e.g. dietary restrictions, dislikes, allergies).
- Suggests dishes or restaurants based on behavior, time of day, or even weather.
- Includes a “Surprise Me” button to offer quick, personalized suggestions—ideal for indecisive users.
2. Analytics Dashboard
